I was a customer of this company for over a year. I spent hundreds of dollars on their wristbands. Every order seemed to have something wrong with it. One time they printed the message wrong and had to reprint it. They had me mail back the bracelets that were misprinted and promise to reimburse me for the shipping costs. Lie! They never did.

Placed an order on 26 April 2010. Requested rush delivery. We were told that it was put on rush delivery and would be delivered by 7 May 2010. They were delivered on 18 May 2010. When I requested a refund they laughed and said where is your proof you got rush delivery. I was not provided with a receit of any kind and only had the word of the sales person. This was a big joke for them. They have no idea what customer service is. Please

Do NOT buy from these guys! I looked all over the internet and they were the cheapest, so I bought from them. It took 5 days until they were finally made, and then shipped. 6 business days later, I'm wondering where my wristbands are because it says it takes 5 days to ship. I find out that this whole time they were being shipped from China to their place in Texas. Now I have to wait even longer! I tried to submit a ticket thing, telling them

This was a great experience as a first time wristband order. I ordered what I wanted. And I got it...mostly. Only problem is the green color. But they say, in the color choice, the colors may not be spot-on per selection. It was good, fair priced and fast! Overall it was 5 days! SIMPLY ELECTRIFYING!

I placed an order with this company and the service was great i ordered 325 wristbands and the quality was amazing i have told 3 of my friends and they all made orders and the shipping time was very good.

I have made 2 orders of two tone (blue/yellow) wristbands to 24hourwristbands. The first order I did over the phone and the bands were great and a big hit with my students. The imprint was on the blue side and very readable. A second order was made via online. When it arrived the imprint was barely legible as it was printed predominately on the yellow side. I called CS and spoke with a woman who after I stated my concern turned rude and cond

Awful, awful, awful!!! I ordered wristbands for an event and was assured they would arrive the day before. Two days later, my husband received a call that they would arrive 2 days AFTER the event.
The online customer service "submit ticket" is absolute BS and there is no phone customer service. I would bever recommend this company and will advise anyone who plans to do so to be ready to throw away their money.

This company is terrible. From day one it was a disaster. I had to ask for a confirmation email/invoice for the order. The order was late even though I stressed the completion time and paid for 3-day shipping. I had to call over 6 times to find out where my order was and waited at least 10 minutes to speak with someone each time. I had specific directions on the online order form and they said they never read the customer comments. DO NOT US

I have a feeling that this company is an internet scam. I placed an order - and i called 4 times to get it - and they always had an excuse - fedex lost it, but couldnt give me a tracking number - promises of it going out etc.. then they claimed i never paid for it - until i had to present proof of payment from paypal. Their customer service phone wait time is AWFUL. The online complaint system was completely non existent.

Beware-there is a word/character limit to these reviews.
To continue from previous review-the company bites the big one. the owners are a blight on business and deserve to endure the pain, irritation, and dissatisfaction they have visited on the poor schmucks (like me) who placed orders.
