| The navigation on the website was not clear to me for customization purposes. The online help was outstanding and actually made the order for me. If it was not for the online help, I would have been frustrated and shopped elsewhere. | ||

| Very easy website, great customer service (Heidi Mantey) reasonable prices and the free shipping was a bonus! Will order from you again for future events. -DRC Sports After Receiving these Wristbands we are not 100% happy with the product. We still used them for our event as we already paid for them and received them. The White Kids Quattro ones were perfect. On The Gran Fondo ones - the Gray in the logo COMPLETELY got lost in the background but the proof looked good when approving. For the Ragazzi Ones, same thing, the Pink in the Logo got lost in the background color. they worked for the event but probably wont order again. | ||

| I know it would be difficult name all the colors but the color selection option is a little difficult to find the right color you want. It is very hard to see the color you are picking. Maybe just make the color color tab picture bigger so costumers can see it better. I love my wristbands though! | ||
