| Great product, vary fast delivery! The one thing I was not pleased about was they said the company is in the USA,but the product actually comes from China. A little misleading. |

| Good.. but you need to allow me to choose Ontario for a billing address when I am paying on a Canadian credit card. You allow Canada but not our Provinces/Territories as a choice. Billing and Shipping address were different. Shipping to the US but card is registered in Canada.

| The quantity-price scale on the site shows 100 bands are @.07 each, but the total always came out to $80, not $70. Looked for probably 10 minutes to see where the extra $10 was being added.... Still not sure if I am just being overcharged because someone didn't update the web site with new pricing.

| I wish I could add previous order items into a cart. Right now, unless I order the same exact bands, I have to recreate all of them each time. It's very time-consuming. I you changed that I would probably order more frequently. |

| Do not order from this company! They have horrible customer service!!! I placed an order, was told it would take up to 8 weeks to receive it. After two months, I reached out to them because I had not heard anything from them. I was then told that it wasn't humanly possible for them to contact each customer to let them know the orders were backed up. Then I was told it was going to take another 8 weeks or longer to get my order. No apology, just excuses!!!! Horrible service. After going back and forth with them, I decided to request a refund which I happily received a month later! Btw I ordered from another company and received my order within 2 weeks!!!! |

| it was easy and quick. The proof check was very easy to go through and was fast! I was happy with my product and the team made sure of it. I will be ordering from you guys again for sure. Logo looks good and shipping was quick.
