| I received my wristbands only to find they blatantly advertise their own website on the inner part of the bracelet, as large as the font you put on yourself. Problem: the photos on their website DO NOT have this message on the wristband. So you assume you will be getting what you see in the product photo, right? Because otherwise, it's false advertisement, which is illegal. I called to discuss getting these remade, the guy on the phone sounded like he gets this type of call all the time. He does not apologize for the fact that I am unhappy with the product, nor express he understands my concern etc. He just says he will send me over the link where it states they come with their website address. He sends me a link to the FAQ. NO ONE reads the faq unless they have a "frequently asked question", there is even a typo there. | ||

But When I received the wristbands it was not in a good quality. Some bracelets were tored and couldn’t be worn. But wristbandswithamessage.com says that it provides superior quality wristbands. | I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company! Extremely disappointed. For the past six years we have gotten our wristbands from them, and this year, they all of a sudden did not imprint the numbers. When I called, they said they don't do that anymore, and haven't in over a year, which is not true because they did it for us a year ago. I was not told this when I placed the order, in fact, I was told it was no problem and the invoice stated they would be sequentially numbered, and we paid for that. I was told I would receive a phone call or email the next day with a price quote for a refund, but did not hear back until our president called a few weeks later. In the meantime, we had to find another source for our wristbands (and paid a LOT less). We have had to dispute our credit card charges and they hung up on us. We WILL NOT EVER use them again, and DO NOT recommend them! | ||

| Shopping at Macy's is always great! So many choices, I think the layout of the store is always organized, and customer service always gives you space to shop. Yes, sometimes you have to hunt them down if you need help, but otherwise, I think it's great to be independent. When my husband and I shop here, we've been going straight to the furniture department. We'd try out the couches and see how comfortable they are before ordering a set. We've ordered a few couches from them and the service is great. Before the pandemic, the salesman we'd work with is Jimmy Tran. He is always attentive and seems very knowledgeable about the products and what's available. We aren't sure how the department's changed since the pandemic, but we are repeat customers for Macy's when we can. | ||

| I rarely write reviews but this company deserves one. A dear friend of mine passed away and we decided to have bracelets made in his honor. I ordered online for a 24 hour rush delivery. Upon receiving confirmation that my order was in route, within a couple hours of ordering, I realized I misspelled his last name. There was no way I could give those bracelets to his friends and family. I called the company in a panic. I spoke with Lincoln who made it very clear that they are not responsible for customer errors but said he would talk to his manager. He informed me that they would send another 200 bracelets at a discounted rate and that they wouldn't charge me the rush order fee again! He also made it clear that he may not have them to me in the time that I requested. A few hours later I received confirmation that my second order was in route! This situation was clearly my fault and they could have made me pay full price again but they were willing to work with me and I couldn't be more thankful. During a very stressful and hard time, that one decision that the manager made gave me a reason to smile. Thank you! | ||
