| It was simple and easy. I do wish there were options to order different sizes on the same order. Like I wanted 1/2" and 1"but because I could not do that I just ordered the 3/4" Also I noticed you had a size chart but there was no drop down for selecting the size I wanted. So a few minor changes and shopping would be even more awesome! | ||

| It was an amazing price and value. I assumed if I ordered 2 packs, I would've gotten a different color. However, when I ordered 2 sets... It's all of the same color. Would've been nice to receive different colored packs when more than 1 pack is ordered. Will buy again | ||

| Everyone have their own experience but I have to say I had one of the BEST experience ever. I ordered a banner, 75 shot glasses and 75 cups for a birthday party. The design website was very user friendly. I ordered these items 2 weeks out and was nervous that they wouldn't come in time. Not only did they come on time I have to take my hats off to the customer service. We went back-and-forth for a couple days because some of the artwork that I submitted was not of good resolution and they worked with me until we both got it correct and of course even after all that time my order still came in on time for my event. I will definitely use them again. | ||
