I am very happy with the wrist bands I ordered. Mark helped me get exactly what I hoped for. I knew the final product would be great because of the personal service. Mark was able to do a minor tweak so the writing on the wrist bands showed up better. Being able to communicate with a real person made all the difference.

We had 4 representatives reach out to us to get the contract signed. The kit arrived with a missing part and the support for that was night and day compared to the sale. Leaving me waiting for a part that was never shipped.

The bracelets we ordered were just like they were supposed to be. Colors are great! Very durable I have had some of my bracelets from here for a couple of years. We order new colors every year and love them.

This company works really hard to show that I am a valued customer. My only wish is that I would be able to have several colors in one order, with a set up fee, or what ever the charge.
