| I had to type my order in several times. It says you offer overnight shipping but there's no option for it. I checked a delivery date of July 16th and then it said July 19th at checkout which is too late. I need these for a funeral that's on the 19th so I am praying I get this when it said and on July 16th. My experience ordering from this site so far hasn't been a pleasant one. |

| Love the wristbands. My daughter in law had a terrible accident. I had the bands made for encouragement. Everyone wanted one. I paid extra for fast shipping and fedex delivered them late. Customer service credited me back the shipping charges, no questions asked. I loved them so much, I put in a second order. |

| Just ten days before our in-person conference, I heard about offering red, yellow, and green colored wristbands for attendees to signal how they felt about physical distancing. Figuring I could only get plain wristbands in time, I was thrilled to be able to order wristbands debossed with our event name. I approved a proof within hours and the wristbands were produced and delivered within a week at a great price. |

| Company wasn't nice to deal with. The company promised you one thing but doesn't follow through. Customized silicone wristbands didn't arrive on schedule and children were unhappy. No gift to be given during ceremony. Bracelets were promised to be made and shipped out on Monday late afternoon. However, bracelets were made on Tuesday and shipped at the end of the business day. No way would get there. No notification from the company. |

| It was easy to find what I was looking for. I was a little disappointed with the prices and hidden charges. The daily coupon phrase helped a little but I would have liked a more substantial deal for my organization.

| I ordered my bands for the roll out of an introduction of a ministry. I was disappointed when I realized they wouldnot arrive until after the roll out! BUT to my surprise, they actually arrived the day before!!! I was sooooooooooo excited! Everyone loved them. The material, the size, the ability to make out the logos was awesome! I do plan to order more! |

| I have used wrist-band.com several times over the years. They always go above and beyond to make sure I have exactly what I want and when I need it by. I have had to order wristbands for an event last minute and they make them the next day and ship them. I always get them on time. This company makes it personal when you have a question or need an adjustment in your order. |

| I love the product and how fast the shipment was to receive them. There were a few in the bag that the bands were ripped a little and some of them didn't have all the white lettering on them.

| It was very easy ordering process and I the embossed letters are very detailed. I had an issue with the artwork I sent, and the customer service was very good at reworking the art.
