| I was very happy when they agreed to rerun our order after there was a mistake in production. I would definitely recommend paying the extra $10 for a proof, as that would have eliminated our problem. Otherwise, they were very nice to deal with, albeit a little bit of a hassle to finally get to someone who could resolve the issue. | ||

| The material looks premium for a price tag of Rs 199/- and the fit is also perfect. It is a little longer than the original 38mm strap supplied by Apple which is a good thing as it gives the extra length to adjust. The COLOUR is NOT AS DISPLAYED in the pics. The GREY HOLES are lighter and brighter in colour giving it a bit more contrast which I personally didn’t like. I ordered it for the Dark & Subtle Grey holes which for my surprise was on the opposite side but I am happy with the quality. It’s hard to find a product with such a good quality at a price tag of Rs 199/- Kindly have a look at the pics I have shared to get a better idea on the colour. Hope this helps. | ||
