| Demi was AMAZING! She chatted with me and worked so hard to help me through my entire ordering process. The entire process took an hour and a half and she didn't give up on me. I was actually about to order with another company, but after such great customer service, I decided to place my order with Discount mugs. Hopefully I won't run into any troubles with receiving my order and hopefully I will be satisfied with my final design. |

| I had some problems with uploading my artwork. I chatted online with Josephine and I was able to attach the artwork with a few details on colors and she had my proof in seconds. She also was very helpful in emailing the link for payment. Way to go Josephine! I appreciate the great customer service! |

I wasn't expecting to get a real person in the chatbot, let alone one who would talk me through the order and give me an honest answer in regards to production schedule and then set up everything I needed to quickly order. It felt like I had a personal assistant and as a busy startup CEO who can't actually afford a personal assistant yet, this felt like a big win. Thank you! |
