| We have ordered these for several years, this past time I ordered the font that was used was wrong for some reason (for years, we have always used the same one, so I did not look closely enough at the proof). I called customer service and they immediately re processed the order and sent it out quickly! |

| Designing the wristbands on the website is easy. Only one issue that could be improved: When you go back to edit a wristband design, any font resizing that was done doesn't get saved. So, you can't tell if the resizing will remain when you place the order.
