| live online chat no response from. 2) be nice to see mock of color print on top of band. Site itself was easy to use. Clip art could be expanded to include palm tree, boats, common icons. | ||

| I live in the US Virgin Islands and there isn't an option to choose that for my billing address or shipping address. However, you can bill to Puerto Rico which is 15 minutes away from the Virgin Islands and also a US Territory. | ||
