| That is the family-owned company. The owner of this company makes all the final decision. Management is not good. No balance of work/life. Well dedicated employees.

| I was very happy when they agreed to rerun our order after there was a mistake in production. I would definitely recommend paying the extra $10 for a proof, as that would have eliminated our problem. Otherwise, they were very nice to deal with, albeit a little bit of a hassle to finally get to someone who could resolve the issue.

| Ordered them for a fundraising dinner. Paid extra to get them here in time for the dinner. Sadly, they did not arrive in time. But as soon as I called customer service they refunded my shipping fees immediately. No waiting.
