| After writing this review I was contacted and told due to the circumstances they would offer a full refund. Turns out the person I spoke with about my initial order did not understand that I required metallic gold and silver tattoos which they do not have available.
Nick in the customer service department has been helpful in resolving my issue.

| Always have current seasons releases. If you are the type that wants to have the freshest gear on, this is the place for you. The owner lets me browse through catalogues and make orders that are not available to the public. If you find something you want with a certain brand, if he has that account, you can custom order it. Looking for a specific Meister watch? Deuce can order it.
A lot items on shelf is not available at the big box stores at the mall because most brands do not make the complete collection/season available.
The Deuce is also good with their phone and online orders. I have placed couple orders over the phone, and they can either hold it COD, or send it to my location.
On top of that, a brand new barbershop just opened next door, talk about convenience!

| Experience so far has been good. However I was given a coupon code on my last receipt but your customer service says it is invalid. Would be nice if you did not send invalid coupon codes on receipts..

| For many years I have been ordering wrist bands from you, always quality, heavy duty Tyvek wrist bands. The only thing I noticed today, and it might be me, but after I ordered one design and needed to go back and order more there wasn't an area that said "continue shopping". That comes in after you go to checkout. I went back to the home page, into products and did it that way. You may want to look at that?? Other than that, all good. Thank you.

| Customer Service Representative Stephanie was so helpful, nice & patience with me as she walked me through the process of ordering. I was up all night & kept messing up so it was both a Pleasant Surprise that a LIVE person answered the phone Right Away then Stephanie had me start over then was able to see my mistake & fixed it which in the end saved me $20! AWESOME!!

| I received my wristbands only to find they blatantly advertise their own website on the inner part of the bracelet, as large as the font you put on yourself.
Problem: the photos on their website DO NOT have this message on the wristband. So you assume you will be getting what you see in the product photo, right? Because otherwise, it's false advertisement, which is illegal.
I called to discuss getting these remade, the guy on the phone sounded like he gets this type of call all the time. He does not apologize for the fact that I am unhappy with the product, nor express he understands my concern etc. He just says he will send me over the link where it states they come with their website address. He sends me a link to the FAQ. NO ONE reads the faq unless they have a "frequently asked question", there is even a typo there.

| these guys sent me an illegible batch of wristbands(which they clearly did not bother to even LOOK AT prior to shipping). when they arrived, i immediately contacted them via email to request another order, since this 1st order looked so terrible. they agreed to redo the bands and resend, with shipping being again AT MY COST... |
