I would give them a negative star if possible. I placed an order for custom lanyards with id cards for an event on 9/16. When I placed the order was given an estimated delivery date of 9/12. Today is 9/16, I still have not received the lanyards. I have contacted the company multiple times to inquire about the order and keep receiving the same response...they are in the last stage of production, and I will receive a shipment information email within 24 hours. 24 has passed and I don't receive anything. I called them and was told that they are with the shippers and will have to get back to me on the status. A company that can't even provide an honest response about the status of an order. Don't order from this company.

Be careful with these guys. They will not give you your money back. They advertised dispenser that would dispense foam and liquid but it did not and they wouldn't take it back. They are forcing me to cancel my charge with them. There customer service was not helpful.

These guys can design anything, you got it! I am amazed at how fast they can deliver and the product is really great. I was overall impressed at the choices in colors, styles and you can not beat the prices!

I ordered wristbands for my brother's funeral in the middle of the night. To my surprise I received an email within minutes offering me a free upgrade since these were for a funeral. They did a phenomenal job despite the fact this was a rush job. I got them as they promised. Our family is grateful for all you did to make these wristbands a momento of my beloved brother at his celebration of life ceremony. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

Absolutely no support after an order is shipped. Ordered on Thursday, from the US factory, with Guaranteed Delivery to Mexico on Monday. Paid the rush fee, and the products were never delivered. I ended up leaving Mexico and the products are still in customs, 2 weeks after I placed my order. Still, the 24hourwristbands.com support is going around in circles, playing with words in their terms of service. No word about a refund for the products, rerouting the package to another address, or offering a partial refund based on the rush shipping cost. I'd totally not recommend it for international shipments. Better work with local vendors.

This place has gone down! Seemed unorganized compared to before covid. Parents really do not have anywhere to sit so if it is busy you are out in your car. Managers are to busy hanging out in office instead of being out helping staff to keep things moving and clean. Pretty pricey for 2 hours of jumping!

I never get all of my bands but over all really good responce time and all questions answered.The entire method was exceptional. No complaints. Enormous job. Ready an additional order and I am in no doubt it will be excellent. Service reps be splendid. I will keep on to purchase extra things.Love it.

Not only did they have the best prices, but also the lowest shipping (FREE in US). Since I am out of US (Australia), I thought you people wont ship my products on-time. But your shipping was great. On-time and my wristbands were packed very safely so I got it without any damage.

I wish I would have seen this website before ordering... I ordered and paid on Dec 5, 2013 for a tour leaving on Jan 14/2014. Should have been LOTS of time for a 7 day production and a 7 day delivery, even with Christmas in there. Dec 27 they told me they couldn't find a tracking number and would remake the bands... I have been emailing, calling, on-line chatting etc with zero assistance except that the record showed my order had shipped but no tracking number. I finally got through to someone at the 'local' number... rudest customer service person I have ever dealt with. She told me that the shipping department was closed that day... next day (20 calls later) she said the managers were in a meeting... next day (20 calls later) there was a bad storm in Houston (55 degrees/light rain). To say the least... RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN... hopefully PayPal will assist me in getting a refund

The most amazing customer support ever! I placed an order for white bands for Lung Cancer Awareness month and my order shipped to my house by the date I needed them to! And they did! My girls were excited to sell bracelets to raise money for lung cancer in memory of their Grandma! Thank you again guys, we will order again!
