She was very helpful with artwork, answering my questions about set up fees and delivery. My experience was 5 Star all the way. | We have used several things in the past as "Thank You" gifts for our customers, but these mugs are perfect. Our name and phone number are in front of them daily as they drink their beverages. We have purchased mugs from other companies, but Discount Mugs is by far the lowest price I have found. The communication during the process is great as well as their customer service. I highly recommend Discount Mugs |

| Demi was AMAZING! She chatted with me and worked so hard to help me through my entire ordering process. The entire process took an hour and a half and she didn't give up on me. I was actually about to order with another company, but after such great customer service, I decided to place my order with Discount mugs. Hopefully I won't run into any troubles with receiving my order and hopefully I will be satisfied with my final design. |

| I had some problems with uploading my artwork. I chatted online with Josephine and I was able to attach the artwork with a few details on colors and she had my proof in seconds. She also was very helpful in emailing the link for payment. Way to go Josephine! I appreciate the great customer service! |
