| The online ordering was very simple and I had no problem placing my order. I received my order confirmation right away. You could lesson some of the emails that are sent after maybe and perhaps you could offer a place to click on if you are tax exempt so you can attach paperwork when placing a first time order with your company but other than that I wouldn't change a thing. |

| I have been given silicone bands before, for various causes, and they are always too tight on my large wrists. Then I was looking for a band that I could customize for a year end goal and found these in the XL size. The size, lettering, customization, and delivery were perfect! |

| I ordered 100 wristbands with the words Haiti Reads on them. Ordered over the phone and was quoted one price but then got a callback that I would have to order another color to get the cheaper price. I was shown the color contrast and it looked nice so I ordered. When I got the bands, the writing and the color of the band blend together making he message on the bands I almost impossible to read. I contacted the company and they argued with me telling me I chose the color combination and that they would not redo them. I explained that I did not expect to get such poorly made bands and they wanted prove via photo. I sent them a picture and they told me that I could place another order and they would give me 20 percent off. REALLY !? They want me to give them even more money to fix their poorly made product!!! Sorry! I ordered from another company which was $20 cheaper and had faster shipping. |

| Outstanding about sums up my experience with TJM Promos. Quick, efficient and priced right. Easy is another word that comes to mind. Only glitch, and I use the word VERY loosely, was I received an email stating my order shipped after which I received a 2nd email indicating it hadn't. Contacting them questioning this I received a speedy reply saying it had, in fact, shipped. Before I knew it, it was at my door. VERY PLEASED. |

| These wristbands are not what I ordered. I ordered 100 debossed wristbands. They were supposed to have white in them in order to bring out the words. The words are not visible unless you look up close, and the lettering is extremely small. The inside of the wristband is extremely faint and might as well not be present. Looking at them, they look like plain, green wristbands with nothing on them, and this is not what my proof looked like when I approved them. To add insult to injury, all of the wristbands have been made into keychains. Not only am I disgusted by the product I received, I am even more upset that it took 3 weeks after my delivery date for them to arrive to me, especially when I received several emails telling me that I should have already received them. I am extremely dissatisfied. |

| I ordered these Dual Layer wristbands as a thank you for our group that goes on to assist our family members as my spouse combats ALS. The purchasing procedure is fairly uncomplicated and the 100 free bands was a huge incentive! I'm so excited that my order was delivered today!!
