| I have ordered a handful of products from Discount Mugs and was happy with them. Unfortunately, one of my orders came with several blemishes from the printing process and so I gave them a mediocre review. They promptly contacted me and asked me to send pictures which I did and then offered to replace the imperfect pieces. They were polite and apologetic and easy to work with. It was a breath of fresh air when good customer service is no longer commonplace. I am happy to recommend them to others and I often do! |

| I bought shot glass with picture on it for my 50 birthday party souvenirs last 3 years I also,bught glasses for my children graduation souvenirs.
Quality of glasses are good customer service is excellent. I love Discountmug.

| We order glasses from Discount Mugs every year for a big party we throw. We use the same design but change the color and this year it was the easiest ever! I just opened a chat with Ram and told him what I wanted done. In 5 minutes the new order was all set up and ready to go. Thanks Ram for helping me get the first big 'to do' item checked off my list! I am always impressed when I can get a single contact resolution to my business needs. | Wow! I was trying to place a re-order from several years ago that another person placed. Not to be found. But no worries, they recreated the design within minutes and I was able to place my order with no problem. All of this took place via on-line Chat with Pauline who then followed up with an email. She was no less than AMAZING! Extremely courteous and patient. Will definitely use DiscountMugs again, and again. Great products, great prices, and great service! |

I bought red, yellow, and green wristbands for our wedding and how people felt about COVID-19 and interacting.

| Poor service, no follow up and no follow through. They just ignored me after taking my money. I placed and order and they couldn't meet my request so they said they can cancel and refund me and i agree to cancel and refund but it's been over 2 months and I have not seen anything yet. I called over a dozen times and they keep saying it's an inbound call center that they'll send a message over to customer service to call me but no call at all and they don't reply to my emails. Not a good way to conduct business. Then they send the wristbands to me after saying and agreeing to cancel it. I needed them at a certain date and now what am i suppose to do with them. I still want a refund. This is outrageous. |
