They were afraid that it wouldn't come looking great, so they emailed us and worked closely with us to get it perfect, instead of just printing it and sending it on the way. | I was very happy when they agreed to rerun our order after there was a mistake in production. I would definitely recommend paying the extra $10 for a proof, as that would have eliminated our problem. Otherwise, they were very nice to deal with, albeit a little bit of a hassle to finally get to someone who could resolve the issue.
