He was incredibly helpful and understanding even though we wanted a custom color, font, and image, and despite us changing our minds multiple times throughout the process. The bands were produced very quickly and shipped OVER THE WEEKEND-- out on a Friday and arrived at the office by Monday. Overall, I seriously recommend Reminderband! |

| I placed an order in plenty of time before a fundraiser for the bracelets we needed. Its a month since the expected by delivery date and no order has arrived. I've tried to contact the company through email, their website form, text, and phone call but haven't received a response. There are reviews on their website of others not getting their orders and unable to get a response from their support. However, there are other bad reviews that have been responded to so it's possible they just won't. Don't purchase from them unless you want to waste time and money. I'm very disappointed. |
