| The website was very user friendly and I took advantage of the buy 100 get 100 free deal plus 10% off the order. I prefer to avoid paying shipping but I have to say having the choice of delivery time made the price worth it. Total cost was very reasonable and I received the order when promised.
This was my first order so I wasn't sure how to set my expectations. I purchased the embossed style in orange. The customization options were great and the final product exceeded expectations. I recommend this company and website. |

| The online ordering was very simple and I had no problem placing my order. I received my order confirmation right away. You could lesson some of the emails that are sent after maybe and perhaps you could offer a place to click on if you are tax exempt so you can attach paperwork when placing a first time order with your company but other than that I wouldn't change a thing. |

| I have to say, ordering wristbands from Reminderband was a fantastic experience!! The first order I had was for 25 large wristbands. I wanted wristbands with engraved writing. I read the reviews and thought I would give them a try. I was very pleased with the clear letters and symbols and I loved the color. They were a bit larger around the wrist than I thought they would be. I ended up ordering another 25 medium bands so I could give them to friends with a smaller wrist. The medium size was a better fit for me. Several bands were cut uneven and some pieces of the inner part of the band were torn off. I contacted the seller to request a return/refund. They were amazingly quick to respond and after reviewing some of the pics I sent to them they stated that the quality of those bands was not acceptable for them either. They immediately offered to replace those bands.
The customer service was amazing! They clearly undersood the importance of providing excellent product satisfaction. It was by far the best experience I have had with an online seller. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for quality product as well as fantastic cusomer service! :) :) |

| These came out really nice and the price point is great. I think its worth pointing out that the text you choose is not just printed on the bracelet it is also branded into the silicone. I chose black text on a black band so the text is just imprinted into the bracelet. It looks subtle but very readable which is exactly what I wanted. Happy with the purchase. |

| I ordered wrist bands on August 17, 2013. Have not received them yet. All I get is an answering service and they send an email and I never hear a word. I can't even talk to anyone at the company. No fed x tracking number either. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE |

| Wow! So grateful I found RapidWristbands! Seriously never ordered these before and found I had an incredible opportunity given at the last minute to advertise our cause at a closed convention. Was able to do the whole order (3 separate designs) in under an hour using their online tool, had each band individually packaged, paid for the extra upgrade to better quality (and they were really fantastically nice!) and got them in time!
How often do you do something last minute and have it turn out so well! I really love this business and will be back (actually much sooner than expected because people are going gaga for the bands!)
