| Designing the wristbands on the website is easy. Only one issue that could be improved: When you go back to edit a wristband design, any font resizing that was done doesn't get saved. So, you can't tell if the resizing will remain when you place the order.

| I am so happy with my Wristband.com purchase. It's a medical alert band in case I'm ever incapacitated and can't communicate in an emergency. I have to wear it on the same side as my watch, and it works out beautifully. It's stylish and comfortable. The price was awesome as well. I'm really happy with my purchase.

| The site was easy to navigate. It says I will get a digital preview in so many hours. I hope I do. It also said earlier that I had to pay $10 for it, which I don't want to do, nor should I have to. It's confusing.

| Our first order came from the US & our 2nd order came from Canada!? Not sure why the difference, it sure made it harder for the 2nd order to be delivered! Once we got it though, very happy with the product!

Never had any issues. Product always arrives on time. Wristbands are durable and vibrantly colored. Will order again next year and the year after... Etc.
These wristbands stand up to swimming, bathing, housekeeping, perspiration... All without breaking. Not indestructible but pretty much fool proof! |

| They turned out great. Only thing I would do differently is mark each bag with the size and how many. With ordering so many that had to go to different places, that would of helped out a lot.

| I called customer service to see if they had our last order still on file - as we wanted to make a repeat order. It was! All I had to was provided my credit card and boom ... done! We were ordering at the last minute, but the order can in just in time!

| Great colorfilling, inconsistent colors of the actual wristbands. Got a swirl color pattern and some bands are MUCH brighter colors than others.
