| We ordered a large number of branded coffee mugs. The mugs are of exactly the quality described and we are very happy with them. The only issue at all is that the colors on the website are not quiet a match to the actual product. Fairly close but not exactly what we expected. In fairness that warning is listed on the site. Apart from that everything was good and we will use this company again. |

| Design tool was easy to use. I designed my mug inside 15 minutes from scratch. When I went to place the order, the imprint color pull down would not let me adjust for multiple colors. I am wondering if there is an up-charge or if you can't imprint multiple colors. |

| Good experience with customer service available for most things I needed. Left additional comments in the comment section of my order and will see if those are addressed. I think my design forced additional charges that may not apply after the corrections are made to my design by the proof. Also couldn't understand the "big sale" on size selected but didn't seem applicable. |

| You guys were great on ease of navigation of your site. Very timely and fair pricing when compared to others. The only thing I was disappointed on was the color of my product. The crimson red came out extremely muted and so that was a real bummer. It doesn't match all of our other paraphernalia and I'm not sure what happened there. |
