| We have ordered these for several years, this past time I ordered the font that was used was wrong for some reason (for years, we have always used the same one, so I did not look closely enough at the proof). I called customer service and they immediately re processed the order and sent it out quickly!

| Designing the wristbands on the website is easy. Only one issue that could be improved: When you go back to edit a wristband design, any font resizing that was done doesn't get saved. So, you can't tell if the resizing will remain when you place the order.

| I am so happy with my Wristband.com purchase. It's a medical alert band in case I'm ever incapacitated and can't communicate in an emergency. I have to wear it on the same side as my watch, and it works out beautifully. It's stylish and comfortable. The price was awesome as well. I'm really happy with my purchase.

| The site was easy to navigate. It says I will get a digital preview in so many hours. I hope I do. It also said earlier that I had to pay $10 for it, which I don't want to do, nor should I have to. It's confusing.

| Easy to navigate website, good choice of products, which were the disposable exam gowns at a good price. We are a no kill animal Shelter with over 400 dogs and cats so we use many gowns. The delivery was on time too. This is our 3rd order and we are very satisfied.

Never had any issues. Product always arrives on time. Wristbands are durable and vibrantly colored. Will order again next year and the year after... Etc.
These wristbands stand up to swimming, bathing, housekeeping, perspiration... All without breaking. Not indestructible but pretty much fool proof!

| I loved the wristbands. They were just what I wanted. I will be ordering more. Ordered the toddler size and they fit ages 2 to 7 year olds. If you are needing them for older elementary than you might want to get the youth size. Love the color. |

| I had a great customer experience with this company.
I ordered 100 custom designed silicone wristbands.
They helped me thru the online design process, sent me a pre-production proof to make sure all details were as requested, and finally delivered very high quality end products. The debossing and coloring are very precise; I had a tiny logo printed on the wristbands, and even the finest details came out sharp.
I would definitely recommend this business. |

| Wristbands were high quality and arrived on time. I paid for express shipping. Only problem was that I wasnot there to sign (didnot realize I needed to be) and so UPS wasnot going to deliver again until Monday. Luckily I talked them into a Saturday morning delivery. But that almost ruined my event. If company wants to have a signing requirement that should be made into an option at check out to both give me a choice and to make it more apparent. |

| This was my first time ordering from wrist-band.com. I was a little nervous at first not knowing what to expect. After reading some of their reviews, I made the decision to try them. I needed custom wristbands for a church event and I needed them fast. The ordering process was easy and the designing was simple. I recommend a digital proof to make sure you like the design. The bands were perfect! The shipping was right-on! Will use them again for future events, maybe try some other products they offer. |
