| I was hesitant and really nervous bands would arrive in time once I saw they were coming from China and had to go through customs, but they came in on the day stated and I was able to give out to my band kids before big competition!!!

The variety of selections of band heights, color choices and customization should allow customers to choose exactly what they want their wristbands to be. In addition, the offer to buy '100 bands and get 100 free' is a fantastic offer.

| My price was originally $*** dollars before applying my discount code(roughly $*). I went back to correct an error and when I returned to the cart, I was unable to receive the same price due to a change in the shipping date and availability. For whatever reason the date changed and I had to adjust to the next available shipping costing me and additional $**. This was a surprise to me as the entire move away from the cart took 5 minutes. Having the $** credited back would definitely change my experience.

| We have ordered these for several years, this past time I ordered the font that was used was wrong for some reason (for years, we have always used the same one, so I did not look closely enough at the proof). I called customer service and they immediately re processed the order and sent it out quickly!

| Designing the wristbands on the website is easy. Only one issue that could be improved: When you go back to edit a wristband design, any font resizing that was done doesn't get saved. So, you can't tell if the resizing will remain when you place the order.

| I am so happy with my Wristband.com purchase. It's a medical alert band in case I'm ever incapacitated and can't communicate in an emergency. I have to wear it on the same side as my watch, and it works out beautifully. It's stylish and comfortable. The price was awesome as well. I'm really happy with my purchase.

| The site was easy to navigate. It says I will get a digital preview in so many hours. I hope I do. It also said earlier that I had to pay $10 for it, which I don't want to do, nor should I have to. It's confusing.
