| I wish I could add previous order items into a cart. Right now, unless I order the same exact bands, I have to recreate all of them each time. It's very time-consuming. I you changed that I would probably order more frequently. |

| Paid extra for a specific delivery date and apparently order will arrive 5 days later than expected. I was under the impression the items were in Texas but they ship out of China so delivery date cannot be guaranteed. |

| Ordered so much they said we earned free materials, did several proofs and NEVER RECEIVED ITEMS! Called and spoke with just about everyone on several different occasions including supervisors and two months later WE STILL HAVE NO WRIST BANDS and have yet to receive any kind of reimbursement. |

| I had placed an order on June 4 and was told it would ship within a few days. On June 6, I received an email that the product shipped. Today, June 16,2020... the product is still "pending" in China. The credit card has been charged. I was not made aware that this product was coming from China... which of course would cause a delay. I have contacted their sales department, but have not heard back. I am not happy. |

| They did a good job on my band--your message is engraved, not painted--but don't make the same silly mistake that I did! I thought the second message was going to be engraved on the inside of the band, but this is not the case! The second message goes on the outside of the band, opposite the first message. My second message was something I didn't want other people seeing. It was my fault for not reading the customize page carefully enough.
Just a word about the sizing. I have really small hands (as plenty of people have pointed out to me) and small wrists too. I ordered a Medium size and it is almost too small for me. It fits my wrist okay, but getting it over my hand is a bit tough. If you want it to fit loose, I would recommend ordering a size up. |
