| There were too many extra charges revealed right as you’re about to submit. Why is there a Texas Tax? I was lead on expecting a lower price w a promo code but it did nothing with all of the extra charges. Really hope my bracelets come back just as I am imagining them! Super easy to use website!

| My friend placed an order for these same bracelets when my brother passed. I loved the bracelets and our friends still wear them to this day. I just ordered more for people who lost or broke theirs. I’d absolutely recommend this company!

| The design feature of the wristbands were difficult to use. once in the checkout it was very difficult to edit your order.
also... there seems to be an issue with using the "Greater than" and the "Less than" sign in the design feature.

| It was simple and easy. I do wish there were options to order different sizes on the same order. Like I wanted 1/2" and 1"but because I could not do that I just ordered the 3/4" Also I noticed you had a size chart but there was no drop down for selecting the size I wanted. So a few minor changes and shopping would be even more awesome!

| "This company is completely awful!! I ordered 200 wristbands with a front message & logo on each side. I was not told logos would be the same color as the font. When they came in I contacted the company & they were useless. They refused to do anything to fix our distaste other then offer a 15% discount on our next purchase. Shipping took two days longer then it should as well. There is no hope of future business from me! Not to mention that they handled there argument online without notifying me they responded to the issue. Very unprofessional." |

| Very happy with them and came in earlier than what was said,made me happy to have a new one on my wrist bcuz it's a tribute to my Mom who passed away 5 years ago from pancreatic cancer, wristband never comes off !!!!! |
