| Poor service, no follow up and no follow through. They just ignored me after taking my money. I placed and order and they couldn't meet my request so they said they can cancel and refund me and i agree to cancel and refund but it's been over 2 months and I have not seen anything yet. I called over a dozen times and they keep saying it's an inbound call center that they'll send a message over to customer service to call me but no call at all and they don't reply to my emails. Not a good way to conduct business. Then they send the wristbands to me after saying and agreeing to cancel it. I needed them at a certain date and now what am i suppose to do with them. I still want a refund. This is outrageous. |

| I ordered wrist bands on August 17, 2013. Have not received them yet. All I get is an answering service and they send an email and I never hear a word. I can't even talk to anyone at the company. No fed x tracking number either. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE |

| Amazing wristbands seems to be one and only company which gives lot of customization and product delivery on time. We find the quality being amazing and wordings too. i like it. |

| "Can I choose negative stars?? Horrible customer service, long waits on hold. Not very helpful when inquiring about order. My experience started bad when I did not receive an order confirmation once placing my order online. Very frustrating. When you read fine print they do not send order confirmations, which is very strange in this day and age. So it took 3 emails and 2 phone calls just to confirm they received my order. They also stated that they had emailed me responses, but they were never received. I gave my email 3 different times and checked spam/junk folders. I'm not a newbie to email and computers. Standard production stated 7 business days, which turned into 9 business days. Then order said transit for 4 business days. Now says shipping on 14 days after placing order. |

| "This company is completely awful!! I ordered 200 wristbands with a front message & logo on each side. I was not told logos would be the same color as the font. When they came in I contacted the company & they were useless. They refused to do anything to fix our distaste other then offer a 15% discount on our next purchase. Shipping took two days longer then it should as well. There is no hope of future business from me! Not to mention that they handled there argument online without notifying me they responded to the issue. Very unprofessional." |

| "Impossible to get any info on my order. Their "track order” option always says it will send a status in my email, and I never receive one. If I ask about it, using their online chat thing, they all of a sudden go offline. I selected the 7 day production option and it is now the 10th day, and no shipping confirmation. Price isn't bad, but if you expect to get things on time, or want to follow your order to make sure, this is not the place!" |

| "I ordered buttons three times from 24hourbracelets.com and all three times the colors were completely off, and the color saturation was poor, faded, and lifeless. The first two orders where just grey scale, so even though they were off, it was not a big deal and was tolerable. With the 3rd order the colors were not even close and totally unusable. We asked them to reprint it, and they refused saying that they don't guarantee a color match. Terrible! |

The only problem I have, is that I am a repeat offender and I have never yet received one of the coupons that they mention. on the website. Aside from that I am completely pleased and I will continue to use them. Once I place my order the turnaround is fantastic. So if I forget an order at the last minute I don't have to pay crazy shipping prices to get my product here on time. Very pleased!" |
