| I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company! Extremely disappointed. For the past six years we have gotten our wristbands from them, and this year, they all of a sudden did not imprint the numbers. When I called, they said they don't do that anymore, and haven't in over a year, which is not true because they did it for us a year ago. I was not told this when I placed the order, in fact, I was told it was no problem and the invoice stated they would be sequentially numbered, and we paid for that. I was told I would receive a phone call or email the next day with a price quote for a refund, but did not hear back until our president called a few weeks later. In the meantime, we had to find another source for our wristbands (and paid a LOT less). We have had to dispute our credit card charges and they hung up on us. We WILL NOT EVER use them again, and DO NOT recommend them!

| They have a very helpful chat feature on their website they answered a ton of questions I had.
The most shocking part was that they were HALF the price of another shop I got a quote from. I had no idea how much these would cost, but was shocked at the variety in price. Even though they were the most affordable, they were great quality.

| Quick and easy. Love that I can easily re-order something or make slight adjustments to a previous order. The visual of seeing the mockup and double checking for approval is great too!

| Your order process would be more customer friendly if you allowed the discounted pricing to include splitting the order for different sizing. I have a budget and needed youth and adult. It was not in my budget to order 100 of each size.

| "I've ordered 800 wristbands from this website twice, in 2016 and 2017. It took about 10 days last year from approval for me to receive them with their regular shipping. This year I realized after ordering that they would arrive a couple of days before I needed to have them. I emailed customer service and they were able to shorten our shipping time by a couple of days so I got them in time. It really helped me out."
