| This company advertises "in stock" and "same day shipping" when it doesn't even have the product. The automated message on the customer service line says "your wait time is under two minutes" and repeats this message for fifteen, twenty minutes! The chat line is no better. After one or two stock answers, the bot (person?) stops responding. The company should be shut down for false advertising, failing to honor contracts, and probably a lot of other infractions I don't know about. |

| I got this for my husband which he really loved but my diamond In my bracelet didn't last long.not even for like an hour it just kept falling off Until I lost it .. And I still wear it. And do house chores and shower with it. It's a good quality. Only the diamond fell off so I'm giving it 4 stars |

| I love this thing. I use it primarily to get up early in the morning.... impossible to ignore getting zapped. Plus now there is an alarm setting that required you to do jumping jacks in order to turn off the alarm....works like a charm!! |

| We ordered some rubber bands and they were great. We reordered more of the same and different colors a few years later and what arrived were different. Now we're out almost $1000, lost time and no one at Aero in interested in making any sort concession to make it right. Bummer. |

| My delivery date keeps getting backed up I would not have ordered from them had I known it was going to be this long when I called they said there was a holiday in the area but it should not have backed up this long I cannot give a good review on the product because I am still waiting for it probably would never order from them again. Need to have better delivery on TIME! This business will not succeed with this type of issue! |

| The product is great, but the delivery is poor. While I did have the least expensive shipment method, the product sat in a location less than 10 miles from me. When I sent an inquiry, the product was delivered the next day. |

| So far Amazing Wristbands has very poor customer service and can not follow through what they promises on. My very 1st order was several days past delivery date. I had to contact them to find out what was going on and asked if I would see a credit or something for not meeting the deadline with no response other than they would look into it.
My order shows up missing products and I have asked several times for a refund and if I get a reply I am told they are checking with there production department. |
