| This place has gone down! Seemed unorganized compared to before covid. Parents really do not have anywhere to sit so if it is busy you are out in your car. Managers are to busy hanging out in office instead of being out helping staff to keep things moving and clean. Pretty pricey for 2 hours of jumping! |

| I requested samples to determine the proper use of the wristbands. Called twice to have them sent..."you should get them" was the answer. They never came. Just do not like being lied too. |

| Good RF ID reader on wristband. But should have a smaller size for my kids smaller hand. The diameter is too big for fit. Should made from different size or softer rubber so it is expandable. Size is small enough and light. Should have some design for kids friendly. |
