| I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company! Extremely disappointed. For the past six years we have gotten our wristbands from them, and this year, they all of a sudden did not imprint the numbers. When I called, they said they don't do that anymore, and haven't in over a year, which is not true because they did it for us a year ago. I was not told this when I placed the order, in fact, I was told it was no problem and the invoice stated they would be sequentially numbered, and we paid for that. I was told I would receive a phone call or email the next day with a price quote for a refund, but did not hear back until our president called a few weeks later. In the meantime, we had to find another source for our wristbands (and paid a LOT less). We have had to dispute our credit card charges and they hung up on us. We WILL NOT EVER use them again, and DO NOT recommend them! |

| I know it would be difficult name all the colors but the color selection option is a little difficult to find the right color you want. It is very hard to see the color you are picking. Maybe just make the color color tab picture bigger so costumers can see it better. I love my wristbands though! |

| I checked your site earlier in the day and it said 200 free wristbands with my order when I came back to purchase a bit later, I only received 100. A bit disappointing.

| We received them fast and they look good but we were a few short. The proof did show a white background and thought that is how the koozies would come but it was just the wording. Unfortunately on the navy ones the words were hard to read. Overall happy other than we did not have enough time before the event to get the missing koozies from the order whish was 5 pink and 3 green koozies.

| Overall great price and quick turnaround. Color for the teal was slightly off and darker than I wanted. The teal and purple bleed together to a blueish color in some areas.

| The team at Wristbands Connection assisted me over the phone with ordering 100 remembrance bands. The bands were for a close friend's father and not only did they provide excellent customer service by providing me with the projected cost, but they allowed me to place the order immediately over the phone, which was most helpful. Additionally, they shipped and delivered the bands in a tight turn-around, without charging us an arm-and-a-leg. | The quantity-price scale on the site shows 100 bands are @.07 each, but the total always came out to $80, not $70. Looked for probably 10 minutes to see where the extra $10 was being added.... Still not sure if I am just being overcharged because someone didn't update the web site with new pricing.
