| I have reordered from wrist-band over the past few years. The wrist bands are bright, durable, and customizable. I have them imprinted with "star student" messages to give to my students as an incentive. They don't want to take them off and are excited to earn one! |

| Designing the wristbands on the website is easy. Only one issue that could be improved: When you go back to edit a wristband design, any font resizing that was done doesn't get saved. So, you can't tell if the resizing will remain when you place the order.

| I looked at a few websites and went with Amazing Wristbands due to their pricing. The order was what I expected- full quantity, good but not perfect printing, and a good enough quality for our one night only event. The shipping took a few weeks after the order was placed, so if you need them right away, choose a quick ship option. I'm a planner, so I have my order several months early. I would shop here again. |

| I needed 300 wristbands within 48 hours which meant I didn't have time to have them made and shipped. I first called a competitor of Amazing Wristbands only to find out they did not even allow merchandise pickups at their location. I then called Amazing Wristbands and was very pleased with everything from beginning to end with the order. Amazing Wristbands not only met my needs but did it in 24 hours and the price was excellent. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I would highly recommend doing business with this company! |

| I rarely write reviews but this company deserves one. A dear friend of mine passed away and we decided to have bracelets made in his honor. I ordered online for a 24 hour rush delivery. Upon receiving confirmation that my order was in route, within a couple hours of ordering, I realized I misspelled his last name. There was no way I could give those bracelets to his friends and family. I called the company in a panic. I spoke with Lincoln who made it very clear that they are not responsible for customer errors but said he would talk to his manager. He informed me that they would send another 200 bracelets at a discounted rate and that they wouldn't charge me the rush order fee again! He also made it clear that he may not have them to me in the time that I requested. A few hours later I received confirmation that my second order was in route! This situation was clearly my fault and they could have made me pay full price again but they were willing to work with me and I couldn't be more thankful. During a very stressful and hard time, that one decision that the manager made gave me a reason to smile. Thank you! |

| I can't speak to the negative reviews on here, but so far my experience has been drastically different.
I am on a tight schedule with a moderately complex wristband to create (in the several hundreds of quantity) and had a great time chatting with Terrence about making it happen. We're both on a tight schedule but he was super helpful and very nice about figuring out how to make it happen from a delivery, price, and literal band point of view.
I think calling in as part of your work on orders is helpful.
I'll update more as bands are created and hopefully sent. |

| I called several times with questions during the ordering process and everyone I spoke to was super helpful and nice. The bracelets looked great and were more affordable than other quotes and I got them so fast. Then I realized that I needed 30 more and callled because I didn't think I would be able to get them in time since it was less than a week away but they were so nice! They moved my order to the front and I got a shipment tracking number that night! I think they are pretty....well ... amazing! |
