| My fiance and I used Imprint to create koozies for our wedding reception. Customer support was phenomenal when it was discovered that the image we were using on the koozie was not going to turn out the way we were anticipating. Customer support contacted me immediately and we were able to fix the problem. Our koozies turned out AWESOME and better than we expected. Customer support was patient and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I was never left with unanswered questions and the koozies were delivered right on time. My fiance and I will definitely be using Imprint again!! |

I was overly joyed to see how great they came out and my family absolutely loved them. There were issues with the design and instead of just processing them as is, customer service contacted me and made sure everything was fixed before printing. Can't thank you enough to your outstanding customer service and quality of product! |

| We ordered 50 soft foldable koozies with custom (2 side) design and lettering. Everything looks great and we are pleased with ordering process and product. When we became concerned regarding delivery, I spoke with customer service. At first they told me I would have to pay $48 more for a "rush" order but with further discussion they agreed to process and sent order out with no extra charge. I suggest giving them extra lead time for any orders for best peace of mind. I will gladly use them in the future and feel they do an excellent custom designed product. |

| I needed a sign ASAP. I was in mourning over the very recent loss of a loved one, and we always ran the Gettysburg half-marathon together. This was going to be my 1st time running without her, and I asked permission of the race director to place a special memorial sign at the finish line for my Suzan. I ordered the sign a week before the race, and it arrived by the guaranteed delivery date, and was beautiful. The photos despite being enlarged were clear, and not grainy or pixelated at all. A beautiful memorial to a beautiful woman. |
