| I have yet to receive any sort of solution from the company and our event is this Saturday. At this point I just need a refund as it is like they used disappearing ink. Sadly these were a fundraiser for a local hero who has terminal cancer and now we do not have these for the fundraiser on Saturday. No do overs here on this. Pretty disappointing.

| Order was as described! I ordered custom koozies and I received several emails letting me know the status of my order and shipping information. Received my order within reasonable time too! I feel it's best to keep things as simple as possible to get the best product-for the price. The only reason I took off a star was due to the amount of nerves I had the entire time due to the other reviews read.
