| Mugs arrived early and look beautiful. There were a few imperfections in the mugs (tiny ink spots, small glass imperfections), but each imperfection is minor. Overall, I am very happy with the Discount Mugs custom software as well as their customer service and speed of delivery. I will use this company again if a need arises. |

The woman who assisted me with my order was very helpful, knowledgable and patient with me. If it weren't for her I would have ordered the wrong item. The order arrived in a timely fashion and was packaged very well. When we unpacked the mugs and saw them I was beyond excited and satisfied with the finished product. They were beautiful!!
