| the web site is NOT that user friendly with wanting to figure out how to change colors, band size... i ended up working with two
different bands when I only needed one. I just ended up canceling everything and uploading it again. Still I have used this company before and the products are good quality- i have upgraded the items so it will be interesting to see if items are better than "basic".

| The navigation on the website was not clear to me for customization purposes. The online help was outstanding and actually made the order for me. If it was not for the online help, I would have been frustrated and shopped elsewhere.

| I had a coupon code that went away when I relooked at my order. I could not find/apply the discount again. Also the charge for Stealth Order protection went up after I reconfirmed my order.

| I so appreciate their standards of customer service. I had first emailed to inquire if they had any advice for me because the gold print wore off so quickly. Their advice was to order in a different color So I ordered the 300 again but in white print but they mistakenly produced them with the gold print again. When I pointed this error out to them they immediately apologized and sent me my order off 300 printed in white with no extra charge.

| Customer service never got back to me. I just had a question about the ink filling in the recessed characters. Next time I will order the raised letters and ask for a proof.

| I had to type my order in several times. It says you offer overnight shipping but there's no option for it. I checked a delivery date of July 16th and then it said July 19th at checkout which is too late. I need these for a funeral that's on the 19th so I am praying I get this when it said and on July 16th. My experience ordering from this site so far hasn't been a pleasant one. |

| Very confusing to order from here. You receive multiple emails to approve the proof and try to sort out what's what. I always get a
proof for the wristbands but never the other items. Tote bags bumper stickers etc. I got several emails but never a proof to approve
so I finally just paid for the order then I get multiple emails I need to pay. Very confusing system you guys have

| Very simple to use website. I was trying to duplicate an old design used for my late wife while she was fighting the good fight. Our "surplus" has almost run out and our children wanted to keep the support alive. Can not emphasize how easy it was to make this happen!
