| Here is a huge shout out to the wrist-band team for the excellent products and services which they provide. I ordered tyvek wristbands for a pool competition and the design I gave turned out to be really well. The competition ran for three days and the contestants who cleared the rounds wore the bands for three days without any hassle. The bands were extremely good in quality, also the colors and designs did not fade way even after continues water exposure. The price I got was amazing and I would surely come back to hem for buying custom wristbands further. If you also want to make your eents and parties fun and interesting then go for these bands which come in different textures and materials. Choose from the widest color range at the lowest possible price. I am happy to choose them for the school event.

| BEWARE THESE SCAMMERS!! I placed an order on 9/3/19. When I was informed of a 6-8 week delay in my order on 9/10/19, I cancelled the order. Following cancellation, I inquired many times about my refund, and no luck. I submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and they unfortunately had to close the complaint because the company failed to respond. Now I am out $250!!

| I was hesitant at first doing business with this company because of the many negative reviews, however, i decided to go for it anyways and trust that it will come out as planned.The staff was very friendly, we communicated mostly by email for about a month discussing cost and design.Eventually my organization settled on 1500 wristbands, neon color bands, Arial rounded font and white
lettering.All caps lettering too.

| The description says "located in the same building as an erotic art museum but the real erotica is in the pub itself where you can order these things called "porn shots" which require you to first lace the back of your throat with an entire packet of powdered beverage mix and then knock it back with a shot. Supposedly the powder is supposed to mask the taste of the vodka but it does not do it very well so I don't know why Nik, Scott, and I kept taking them over and over again. Do we just like torturing ourselves in the spirit of the establishments sado-masochistic co-habitant? Is it because Nik's mom had just made us a wunderbar (wonderful) dinner and we didn't want to fill up on beer? Is it because we're just that crazy? Is Trump really president so who the fuck cares anymore? Also, the place has very good live music.

| I contacted this company to order items and checked delivery options. I needed them by today, and they guaranteed this. In fact I paid a lot of extra money to have it delivered by yesterday and today! The items shipped last night to be delivered to Hawaii. Now its scheduled for next week and the event is today! They would not rectify the situation and can not follow through with what they guarantee. I highly suggest that you do not ever use this horrible company! I have had a horrible experience with them, the agents, the supervisor and more! HORRIBLE COMPANY!

| I just received an order of custom ball caps. The quality is horrendous which have rendered the product useless. I will update this review once the company has decided how to remedy the situation.
UPDATE: After sharing my grievances with DiscountMugs, they were able to apply a full credit toward my purchase. I am very satisfied with the company and hope to do more business with them in the near future... |
