| I was actually floored by the customer experience. I wasn't expecting to get a real person in the chatbot, let alone one who would talk me through the order and give me an honest answer in regards to production schedule and then set up everything I needed to quickly order. It felt like I had a personal assistant and as a busy startup CEO who can't actually afford a personal assistant yet, this felt like a big win. Thank you! |

| I was looking for a reasonably priced, personalized mug for our class reunion. Found it here! Barbie took care of everything in less than 30 minutes. Our needs were pretty simple and straight forward. I order personalized items once or twice a year so I will definitely return. They have a lot more than mugs. |

We felt like our satisfaction mattered to them! The product was high quality with neat, clear printing, and it was delivered right on time as promised. | There was a problem with one of my orders. Discount Mugs had to re-make the order, requiring an additional week, so I missed my original deadline; however I am still giving 5 stars because the customer service during the ordeal was very good.
The chat feature on the website is a life saver. |

| The customer service of DiscountMugs is awesome. They answered all of my questions, created multiple mock ups for me on the spot, and chatted with me for almost an hour as I kept changing my mind. I highly recommend this company for their service and can't wait to see what my coffee mugs will look like! |

| I have ordered from Discount Mugs for years, for multiple companies. I have explored other printing company's and have never found the consistency, quality, and options that Discount Mugs offers. This last order came with a discrepancy. I called the next day, and the correction was made quickly without question and excellent customer service. I will never go anywhere else. Do not waste your time shopping around. |

| Searching for a company to fill an order is not easy. You go with blind faith that you will get what you expect without paying a ton of money either. So I used DISCOUNTMUGS website & utilized their "chat" button. This company is LEGIT!! had patince with all my questions. Gave me more info when I asked & had thorough responses for each. My order should arrive when I need it & Overall pleasantly helpful & professional! Would hands down recommend DISCOUNTMUGS to everyone in the future! |

| For months, I've gone from one company to another, trying to find tote bags. I've been so overwhelmed with choices that I close the sites and give up. A fellow author suggested DiscountMugs. I was pleasantly surprised when a chat box popped up and a real person was there to help me through the entire process. She was even able to show me my bags and mugs with my logo and design.
