| I decided to be brave and order from them after reading all of these horrible reviews. After finding promo codes I ordered 25 Custom Premium Foam Collapsible Coolies for $44 total. Being so cheap I figured I'd give it a shot. I had a few months before I actually needed the coolies so even if they were delayed I assumed I ha
d get them on time I ordered. August 2 and received them August 15. Not to shabby! The color is definitely a little different than what I selected but I do not care all that much. They are also pretty cheap feeling and I am not entirely sure that they will keep my drink cold but for the price and what I needed them for they are good.

| Happy to say that the owner emailed and I was given a full refund. Unfortunately it was not available for the event. Next year I will have to look at another company because trusting that my order will be filled in a timely matter is still a risk for me.

| the adult size are too small for men. I already ordered 100 (got 100 free) when I discovered this. So I had to order XL this time but could not add an inside message to get a quantity of 50. So ordered 100 again. I will now have 400 and I only needed 150.

| If you need to place a large order contact customer service. Once you have more than 8 different items in your cart it will delete the entire cart. Customer service is super helpful and friendly though.

| This company has terrible customer service. We had an issue with the badge holders that we ordered with our lanyards. They make it impossible to return anything - I still haven't figured out how, even though I submitted a ticket through their website a week ago. I like the lanyards that I ordered, but this sort of service is totally unacceptable.

| After writing this review I was contacted and told due to the circumstances they would offer a full refund. Turns out the person I spoke with about my initial order did not understand that I required metallic gold and silver tattoos which they do not have available. Nick in the customer service department has been helpful in resolving my issue. |
